Be it known that on this, this third day of the third month of the 2003rd year Legionnaire Zaine was apprehended by Praetorian Guards after a Writ of Arrest was issued by Head of State E.G. Meridius on the charge of Rackateering.
Leggionaire Zaine was escorted to the Imperial Jail and later released on bail pending the verdict of the Court of HONOR, set for March 5, 2003 at 8:00pm EST.
