This being the case... you will be able to advance without one... however you must finish the following steps... Read up on the Clan's Lore and History, if an elder asks you a question... I do hope you can answer it! Post in the Fire Pit a short story about your character or why you wish to go from Peon to Grunt. Or you can have an RP event in game to liven up the clan.
