Grimgor
At the risk of stealing the words from Chief Bludbeerd's mouth, I wanted you all to know that this was being done. A few of you know me well, even after these couple months away from Argent Dawn, though it's more likely that most of you simply know OF me. Well, I founded and created the Sons, and was the Chief of that guild until just a few months ago when I left it in the hands of another to get away from things here, so my heart was and is with its members even as it goes through this final phase. The full announcement is here: http://sonsofdraenor.com/ or http://sonsofdraenor.com/portal.php?topic_id=811 As I mention in the comments to this Announcement, I left Argent Dawn for my own reasons, but this comes at a time when I am putting things together for something new over on Sisters of Elune. I would never presume to attempt to recruit people from another guild -- I have staunchly been opposed to it -- so I say this to you Crushers only to tell you it's not a sad event. There's something new that will come as the Sons are laid down. The Sons of Draenor had their time, and my departure and Bludbeerd's call to disband are effects of many inescapable things, some of which were attributable to the WoW community. Speaking of events, there will be a brief RP event to say goodbye to the Sons on Friday Apr 27 @ 10pm. Come say goodbye! Qiris
I wondered why I never saw your name pop up on my friends list any more. I'm sorry to learn that you moved away from Argent Dawn, and I hope you are loving where you are now. Much love and affection from all the *iris sisters. Raeda
Take care Grimgor. I remember you well, and it's sad to see the Sons disbanding. I wish you all the best, and let me know if there's anything I could do to help the Sons on AD.

Ghules
Lines on Retirement, after Reading Lear Avoid storms. And retirement parties. You can’t trust the sweetnesses your friends will offer, when they really want your office, which they’ll redecorate. Beware the still untested pension plan. Keep your keys. Ask for more troops than you think you’ll need. Listen more to fools and less to colleagues. Love your youngest child the most, regardless. Back to storms: dress warm, take a friend, don’t eat the grass, don’t stand near tall trees, and keep the yelling down—the winds won’t listen, and no one will see you in the dark. It’s too hard to hear you over all the thunder. But you’re not Lear, except that we can’t stop you from what you’ve planned to do. In the end, no one leaves the stage in character—we never see the feather, the mirror held to our lips. So don’t wait for skies to crack with sun. Feel the storm’s sweet sting invade you to the skin, the strange, sore comforts of the wind. Embrace your children’s ragged praise and that of friends. Go ahead, take it off, take it all off. Run naked into tempests. Weave flowers into your hair. Bellow at cataracts. If you dare, scream at the gods. Babble as if you thought words could save. Drink rain like cold beer. So much better than making theories. We’d all come with you, laughing, if we could. by David Wright
Oriahtundra
A sad thing to hear my brother. But the winds of change cannot be stopped I remember a time when this world was not seeming to tear itself apart. Those times we must always keep at heart. Keep it with you for all time, some people will never know the impact they have on another till they are gone. Love on what ever level, be it a game, cars, hobby, friends(even the ones in game) you give up time and a little piece of yourself that you'll never get back. Why those memories can always bring some calm and a good feeling every once in a while. Hell I'll never forget ######ing off in the MC days(though doubt few of us will ever step foot in there again), bull######tin over TS in PvP in leet speak. Hell even remember my first(and the last) MMO I played and my first guild leader. Some things always endure BTW Love that piece Ghules.
