Holyssa
http://forums.worldofwarcraft.com/thread.h...65192&sid=1 By Eyonix: With the release of Wrath of the Lich King approaching, we wanted to provide you with some important information. In preparation for the expansion, we will be issuing a new content patch in the coming weeks. Much like the patch made available shortly before The Burning Crusade's release, this content patch is designed to bridge current game content with that of the expansion and will contain some exciting changes and additions. We have outlined some of the larger features scheduled to release with the patch below: New class spells and talents Stormwind Harbor Barbershops in capital cities Zeppelin towers outside of Orgrimmar and Tirisfal Glades Two brand-new Arenas featuring challenging new layouts, terrain hazards, and moving obstacles Guild calendar Hunter pet skill revamp New profession: Inscription As mentioned above, this is not a comprehensive list, just some of the major highlights. We’ll post the full patch notes as soon as they’re available. Regarding Inscription, please note that all Burning Crusade players will be able to select Inscription as one of their two professions and level up to a skill level of 375 with it. Upon the release of Wrath of the Lich King, players who purchase and install the expansion will be able to continue leveling in Inscription and the other professions beyond 375. Early hairstyles, talent teasers, and inscription training sounds nice. Trainers for inscription will be in capitol cities, so no need to swim to Northrend to try something new. Blizzard loves teasing with it's players...just like God teased Moses in the desert! >.>
Orcala
Two brand-new Arenas featuring challenging new layouts, terrain hazards, and moving obstacles But I can't even jump on the pillars in one of the arenas that don't move
Waldonnis
Tigole posted a little bit of clarification on the beta forums about this. First off, the patch will hit standard PTR first for more widespread talent testing and to shake out some remaining bugs. There's also not any definitive timeline, but estimates were a month or maybe longer from now (could be sooner, could be longer) for it to make it over to live servers. Lastly, expect the same unbalanced woes that we saw just prior to TBC's release, since quite a few of the talents are designed around higher ranks of spells, while others will see immediate benefits at 70. That being said, I'm glad to see this stuff coming to live before release. It makes it a little less overwhelming when you're not suddenly dunked into new areas with talents that you've never seen before. Plus, there's always room in the current game for new things to play with, like barber shops or Inscriptions.

And it spreads out the crazy bugs from all kinds of systems, configurations, connections, etc. that you get in large updates of code for 2 million+ users. 's a good thing.
