As I have understood so far, some recipes will be available through resource gathering. One comment gave me the impression there may be NPC's with recipes. It wil be conformed once in game. Also. look at where you find materials - ore #1 was found near <fill in blank> at approx elevation <FILL IN>, etc. whatever you think is relevant.
