Guild Meetings

Do to a change in my work schedule I'll be unable to attend alot of the meetings. Is there someone who could send me a journal of the meetings or perhaps post them so we can keep up with what is going on.

O.K. a few comments on guild meetings.

First to all who attend them on a regular basis thanks.

To all who honestly try to attend them thank you

To all who cant due to real life constraints, worry not reality always comes first.

To those who are in game during meeting times and choose not to appear this is your choice.  I would urge you to come to those meetings though.  It is an opportunity to directly influence the way in which the guild functions and without member input problems might not be isolated and changes instituted to make the guild a better place for all.

Meetings hopefully will run more smoothly.  Ill be speaking with all leadership about getting a format set up as to allow for there to be a rotation among guild leadership to run meetings.  This will eliminate one leader from getting bogged down as well as allow leaders to sit in the audience and hopefully get a better grasp on what the general membership needs/desires.  Its very hard to run a meeting, touch on all points for the agenda of that meeting and pay attention to all that is being said....

Keep the faith PGoH.  Remember this week we discussed some changes including Aviana taking Senator of Arcane seat that was offered to er by Borg before real life took her from us for several months, Rand stepping forward to see SoW seat (objections or praise to this should be posted if you have something constructive to say otherwise it looks like leadership will have no issue with this).  I announced that leaders will be responsible for one planned romp/event a month.  That any member may plan an event/romp.  Events and Romps must have at least a 7 day notice and be posted on the announcement forum and listed on the calendar (you can do this while making your announcement post).  All event/romp posts must include date/time location of start objective and if possible anticipated duration.

2 new positions are to be created within 2 months.  They will be guild seer positions.  Those who prove that they can organize and run events will be given those titles.  Those who become seers will be charged with running guild scenarios/events so creative people are encouraged to look into this

Lastly and I cant say it enough.  Please participate in game and on the boards.  If you have an issue for leadership bring it up here.  Likely there are others who might shed light or agree with you.  Leadership is not clarivoyant and cant help you (read guild) if you do not help them understand the issues of import to the general membership
