Results of Poll and List of 3# priorities

The Poll results clearly show a strong desire to make it into the tiers. So lets start the process.

Given the Assignments Results, here is what I see as what our general focus should be:

1. Weekly Raiding, Organized by levels and Zones, with intent to level as many people up to a minimum of level 55+, (covers leveling and covers Raiding issues)

2. Epic as many players as possible.

3. Have specific Raids/Groupings to get the tanks as High an AC as possible (Shawdar assists)

4. Organization of the Guild

This is based on the Assignments results, highly generalized in the below list.

1. Epics.... (x5)

2. Organization of the guild (x2)

3. Leveling to balance levels in Guild (x4)

4. Weed out all those that do not attend raids on a regular basis.

5. Follow leaders commands when asked, with no argument.

6. Assist the tanks in getting very high AC. (x2)

7. Teach about how to Raid Planes

8. Raid Committee/Weekly Raids-Zones/Lots of Raiding (x8)

So, for the month of February, lets assign responsibilities.

1. Have 2 people lead regular raids in 2 zones for MAINS, one for levels 40-50, one for levels 50-60. Purpose is to get XP and levels , making guilds average level of MAINS raise to 55. This is priority one.

2. Epics – Every main is to study and start working on their epic. Assign one or 2 persons to coordinate Epic raids and update the schedule on website with specific times and groupings – These raids will take priority over item 1 when scheduled, but should also be planned as no more that 1-2 raids on any given day. Leadership coordinated raids only.

3. While this is going on, allow Shawdar to plan groupings and schedule the hunt in the planes for higher AC for Warriors first, other tanks second.

4. Behind the scenes, Lotara, Myself and Eldoran (and any other leaders) will work on getting a Guild Code of Conduct and Guild Guidelines enacted.

End Result – By the end of February, we will be able to show marked results in each area: Epics obtained, Average Levels Raised, Tanked Uberized, and the Code and Guidelines published on the website.

I need people who will volunteer to make a specific area happen, or assist in that area. Please take charge and lets see us grow!

When i get back we will get cracking on the poll choice, i plan to have a officer meeting with all of you and then followed by a guildmeeting where we set it all in place, also i would like all of you to decide if u wanna lead raids, and some examples of where that might be and when is the best regularly scheduled day for those events, if this is to be successful we need everyone on the same page

Great News. Zann wants to start leveling again (and RL work has slowed down again). Zann does not want to lead Raids because during a raid most Clerics are very busy. But I would love to help plan them.

I would also prefer to set days and times aside; like tuesdays and thursdays evenings and Saturday mornings. Another survey should be taken to see what days and time most people can attend.

If we work in RL and are on the West Coast this would be later than Students on the East Coast. So maybe a multi-time period raid with inserts at scheduled times. i.e. Start time for first group is 5 pm est (2 pm pst), then another group arriving at 8 pm est (5 pm pst) and another group arriving at 10 pm est (7 pm pst) with the raid lasting until 2 am est (11 pm pst).

Places should include High Keep for 30s; GD, DL and Echo for 40s, Velks and PON for 50's etc.

One thing I would like planners to watch for is the Cleric Aggro in a zone. Some zones have high casting aggro and/or Healer aggro. If it has both we will need more healers.
