The "new" Praetorians need to attend...They are the enforcers of our codex... All Governers and Emissaries need to attend...Thier enter into diplomatic situations...tis best they know what ground we stand upon Be in uniform...stay in char...and for Heran's sake KNOW YOUR CODEX!
