Balandar
In the process of conversion, it was necessary to clear the ban and friend lists of all houses. We regret this last-minute decision, but the alternative is to begin the entire conversion process again on all shards, which we do not feel is a good option. We'll keep you informed as we know more, and thank you very much for your patience.
Steel DarKnight
Previously it was stated that it would be necessary to clear the ban and friend lists of all houses due to an issue that arose during the conversion process. We’re happy to say that we’ve found another way, and that earlier statement won’t exactly be true. Since the Lake Austin shard has been up and running long enough for the data to be saved, we’re afraid that both friend and ban lists will still need to be cleared on that shard. However, on all other North American shards, we will be able to fix this before they are made live to the public. It’s likely that this fix will add some additional downtime, which we would prefer to avoid, but it’s preferable to the inconvenience to the players of having to rebuild those lists. We'll keep you informed as we know more, and thank you very much for your patience.
