stamina increase or weapon speed increase

I would be most interested in knowing if anyone knows how to make a full suit of armor that each piece either increases stamina or weapon speed and what might the cost be? Also I am not worried about the resist factors either.

I don't believe that armor with "stamina increase" or "swing speed increase" can be crafted normally. Armor made with a runic hammer has a chance of having these traits.

I have the following items if you are interested in them:

umm... I dont think anything but your weapon can have a weapon speed increase modifier....
