Together with other UO fansites, the Pacific Rangers Council is participating in a House Design Contest for which OSI will be supplying some neat prizes. The Top 10 of all entries for our site advance to the next round and will be posted for voting on the official UO website. The two winning entries for each fansite will be in the final, where the Dev Team will determine the winners. So get ready, finalize your design and enter the contest! Here are our rules: 1. Send us images of your "Ranger themed" houses - they can be private quarters, ranger stations, inns or taverns where rangers rest for a while after spending days in the wilderness and dungeons, trading posts or anything else that fits the theme. Entries from all shards are welcome. 2. Each entrant may send in up to 3 screenshots (.jpg, .gif or .png) of his or her abode, please email them to mordanna@strangeworld.com or send in the URL where you have them posted on a webpage. Please do not send in bitmap images. 3. Include your character name, shard, facet, map coordinates of the building and a valid email address. 4. All houses that are entered must be made public for the duration of the entire contest so people will be able to visit them for a closer look. 5. All entries must be received by March 24th 2003. There will be one Grand Prize winner-but all finalists will receive prizes. Grand Prize: The winning house design will be turned into a miniature house collectible that will be offered as a first year Veteran Reward The winner will get to suggest 3 possible names for the new collectible - the final name will be chosen by the Dev Team.
