Concerns or ideas?

Ok dear readers this is gonna be a long one for me anyway hehe.

First off many many people should be epiced by now myself included many of these people need epic pieces from the same places good example are the Hole and Chardok. We need to get on it. I am not a natural leader in games. I have done much leading in the past and do not care to take a strong role in our leadership hierarchy do to this. I do like bieng and officer but if this doenst fit in then just demote me. Its ok. Basically is I know someone is going to post saying set it up. Well i know we have many people that have exp in these places already and could do so much easier than I could having no prior knowledge. I LISTEN to what people are saying in guild chat and I think much gets over looked. There is a growing discomfort in this guild for peeps around my lvl that are not epiced yet. Now some havent started theres at all thats fine they are not the ones I am talking about. Many of our guildees are 2 to 3 pieces from epic and will require raid support if not full guild support to pick up the final pieces. LETS get on this. BEFORE it becomes a problem.

Secondly, on a lighter note. I think we as a guild need to raid more new zones. I have looked and researched several. I think this would accomplish several good things. One people would get to know the new zones ( or new to us). Two, people would be more interested in raids. Hey someplace new WHEEEEEE!!! and third many of these places have uber drps and items that I have heard people talking about in guild chat. Finally, it would give many of our high end gamers i.e Solte( comes to mind first hehe) a chance to actually fight mobs near or of there caliber, keeping interest in our guild.

For example, The Deep. High end for sure. burrower parasite drps KEI oh werent we talkin about buying why buy when u can kill get exp explore strange new lands and get KEI. Ummm don't know. Elder though horror drps piece for key to Vex Thal., Burrower Beast tons of fun, a 8 wave cornicopia of monsters in which he spawns last and drps uber loots like Burrower cap Ac 40, STA 20 WIS 15 Hp/mana +100 equiped truesight/ ultravision and see invisy permanent.

Deranged umberbulk drps a great shield and levitation spell

Thought Fiend Overlord has a list of uber loot that will make u cry (seriously) and for all classes and races.

Anyways just wanted to let u guys know how Im feeling hehe. I never say much I know but it is because I try to look at things from all angles and I compile lists of things I hear most often ie. complaints, loots, ideas,. I try to root out the good from the bad and bring it to you. Do as you will with the info I send.
