Officer meetings

It is my opinion that we should start having officer meetings every week or bi-weekly. The purpose of these meetings would just to keep all the officers on the same page and make sure we had the same objectives for the upcoming week.

Please post on this subject, it is my opinion that the biggest thing holding slot back from it's potential is communication.

I'm not sure what day or time to have these meetings, but i think they should be on the weekends so we can get a large turn out.

i can make most days...that isn't really a problem...pick a day..i will prolly be able to be there

Yes, we do need a definite time for Officers Meetings so we all know when and can plan on putting our 3 cents in. Maybe even an agenda posted here of what we would like to see discussed also. I believe that we should not be in a group nor fighting while the Officers Meeting is going on. And set a specific time limit.

I am not available:

1. Before 5:00 pm pst week days (work)

2. Monday nights from 6:30 to 9:00 pst (choir practice)

3. Thursday nights froom 6:00 to 9:30 pst (play EQ with RL friends)

4. Sundays mornings until about 1:00 pm pst (Church)

One other thing, I know that not all guild members read the posts. It should be mandatory for all Mains (or alts). Still cannot seem to make Zannette my main and Lotara my alt (Lotara show up as my main).

Our first order of business should be to tell every member that the minimum level for Mains is 51 and only two alts, or what ever we decided upon. One of my alts asked a member about the guild and asked the minimum level. She was told the Min for Mains was 35. So we need to get the word out to our people. And Alts should be a certain Minimum too. Let me know in a post to the whole guild and I will remove some of my alts if I can ever get Zann as my main.
