I was unable to login and yet they responded that I should do a /bug in game. hmmm...

SWG Support,

I received a message today that the inventory I was inspecting is no longer available or something along those lines. Then everything about my character disappeared. My inventory was gone, I could not see my character, I could not move, or do anything. It happened while I was sampling. This has happened to me once before while sampling but I was able to log back in afterwards and everything was fine (could see my character, inventory worked, and I could move around like normal). This time, however, I am not able to log back in. Have you heard of this problem before and do you know if things will be okay after server restart?

This is a problem... I think they probably read the first sentence or two, decided it was an in-game problem, then sent their pat response. Maybe you should resend, and make "I cannot log into the game" be your first sentence next time around.

Heh. I should post a few of the emails I have received. Very similar....

They basically say... SORRY. Nothing we can do. Make sure you do a /bug. Thank you.... heh
