Imperial PA leaders meeting on thursday

The PA leaders meeting will be on thursday, 10pm GMT, at the Glory of the Hunt PA Hall. I will send you the coordinates if you don't know where this is. Do you think you could send one or more of your leaders to it, or at least some representative member?

The agenda (so far) is the following (but any leader can add or ammend it in the meeting, or freely propose any change):

1) Alliance: Signing an agreement to help each other and collaborate in rebel attacks, hunts, events, etc. Some people also suggested a 10% discount when selling things to people of the alliance, to promote trade.

2) Forums: Create some kind of forums in which the PA leaders and/or ambassadors could post important matters.

3) Creation of an organizational structure in the alliance: Two Councils, one made with the leaders of the allied PAs, with executive powers, that would only meet every two weeks or so, and another administrative council, without executive powers, to organize things and help communicate the day to day matters between the PAs.

4) We will have player cities in one month. Some people have suggested to merge PA cities that are near Theed into a big imperial city. Not all the leaders agree to this, but the ones that do should get organized and create some kind of urban planning comitee to prepare the structure relocation.

This is only a proposal, please feel free to discuss it if you don't agree with it. I felt we had to start with some kind of agenda, so this is the result. I am sure that many other matters, like the Galactic Civil War, might arise in the meeting, and they will be appropiately discussed.

There was a little mistake with the time, so I will tell you what the correct time will be, on thursday:

It will be at 9pm GMT which is:

10pm British time

11pm in Spain, France, Germany

5pm US/EST

2pm US/Pacific

4pm US/Central

Please try to come covert, as we don't want rebels to attack us in the middle of the meeting. If you want, you can bring some overt bodyguards, but please tell them they should wait outside the PA Hall, and they can't speak near the meeting or it will be too chaotic.
