Now that we have reset the guild management roster to reflect the active and responsive members, we are going to combine the existing leadership roles within the ITC to more easily reflect the current state of the consortium. (worst thing that can happen in online gaming is too many cheifs and not enough indians....or too many cooks in the kitchen) The longterm set up of ITC provides ample opportunities for members to grow and expand into leadership roles at the area of SWG they find truely exciting and fullfilling (thus they become the teacher/leaders of that aspect)....this longterm issue has not changed. In the here-and-now we must focus on the basics of the guild consortium. To facilitate some of the roles/responsibilities the following mergers of roles available will occur......

Treasurer will be combination of Minister of State and Minister of Commerce and Minister of Communications

Garrison General will be combination of Minister of Intelligence and Minister of Defense

The overall description of the ITC roles etc will not change and the storyline currently ongoing will not refer to this consolidation and will continue using existing members within roles appropriate for storyline content enhancement.

DECEMBER 15th decisions on the Treasurer and General will be made on applicants for the roleplaying positions.

At this time ALL members are asked to review and recruit solid team players that will begin to rebuild the inner citizenship of our guild and expand our circle of friends within the SWG experience.

For hunting, adventuring, supplying and succeeding.....the more "good of the many".....the stronger the Imperial Trade Consortium will be.........and richer in experience......roleplay or plain ol' FUN!!!
