I was just wondering if it was true that the devs are making a change in the game : If you have a schematic and not the craftiing skills that made that schematic, you can't use it in a factory.

As it sits now, you can .. will this be changed?

From what I have 'heard' yes it's going to be implemented that way... though I believe it will hit the 'Hologrinders' more than most everyone else.

Though I could be mistaken. (NEVER! )
