There was so much stuff happening in one zone and the lag was incredible, but the server was still running. not like eq where you max out a zone the server crashes, just alot of lag and I still believe they have not inserted, the second cpu into the blade server they are running.( they were waiting for launch day for that. the server are: IBM BLades. my wife died twice, I died three times and I still had a blast. hope this answered your question Balandar. I don't know about deleting your characters tho...even when I quit SWG I didn't delete Soke. :/ Just in case, but if I DO go back to SWG, it'll be because I got a lobotomy or something, methinks. Zemach Posted April 26, 2004 Share Posted April 26, 2004 Thanks to being stuck late at work, I only managed to take part in the invasion defense for about 30 minutes. I just wanted to chime in here and say that it was very cool. I had probably 100 heroes on my screen at once and the game was playabe. Pretty amazing to compare this to shadowbane, a game created from the beginning to be able to handle large scale sieges. This was 20x was better.
