Kshali has a very HIGH success rate, and people who participate in her flagging raids find she is a HIGHLY organized raid leader. When I participated in a Plane of Nighmare Hedge Raid, she was 14 for 14 successes, and our raid, while low on melee, was STILL successful in completeing it.
