I just wanted to post a note here to thank you for your interest in T.H.E Imperial Trade Consortium guild for the online game engine of Star Wars Galaxies. The SWG experience is, for the most part, similar to the early days of the Ultima Online experience in its first 2 years.....carving out a new segment of game play and options for players. While other game engines have dabbled in space adventure...none have the concrete foundation that Lucas Arts provides. That foundation is built with heavy fiction and storylines and lore we already know and now this game plummets us into the galaxy and time perfect for exploration and stretching our own legs of online adventure. You will see that we have a few recruitment posters and some descriptions of options you can partake in as a player living a life within the Empire. All of these and the future opportunities as well are planned and designed to work in concert with what the Star Wars creator, George Lucas, intended for roleplaying opportunities. In the other game engines T.H.E. Website guilds have been extreemly successful with interaction and work/play directly with game operators. All of such was as a result of the consistent and dedicated roleplaying that our members performed. The good of the many principal has always provided all of us individual fun and created a nice family like atmosphere that members can enjoy and interact within. Now if you have never roleplayed before....simply start by remembering your early days as a kid pretending you were whomever....and combine it with how you believe an actor works thier magic on screen....its just a small computer screen now....and you are the actor...its easy once you get used to it. We are all here for FUN and by using all our arms together at times....we have crossed many oceans of challenges thrown at us. Expansions are those larger challenges and opportunities to explore and pave the way for the rest of the team. Planning and preparing allow us to leap forward at these moments faster and more organized than the other guilds of the game engines. Citizens of Empire are the asset that make such leaps possible......preparing either stockpiles or equipment that will be needed in setting up firebases (houses, harvesters, droids) and/or the means to travel (ship parts). Within SWG....we are exploring unknowns in terms of play styles and in terms of future destinations. If you seek a true place where you can come to adventure and explore...
