Syban
Our very own Xcess has set up a Teamspeak server for us... now this is not a required but there are far to many options in regards to this than can be overlooked. This is not something that you have to have a mic for but for raids just being able to hear commands like "Vixarr is being attacked! Cover him!" is far to quick to be heard than to type... now of course messages like "Syban is being attacked... awh, screw him" can be typed or all together overlooked... *grr* As I say this is not a required at all... EXCEPT (yea always a but eh?) when we do high-level raids like the Corvette. Which leads me to my next request/requirement (Confusing taint I?) when we do hit the Corvette again it will be required for everyone to have teamspeak working. Remember you do not have to have a mic set up... what we are looking for is quick commands that do not take our 'F-Key' time up typing out. The info for Xcess teamspeak server and downloads for the client side program is as follows... IP for Teamspeak server BLANKED OUT TO PROTECT MEMBER IP ADDY IP and Password has been sent in a guild wide email via-game And the files to download can be found at... http://www.xcessboost.com/teamspeak.exe Like I say for general guild activities this will not be required or asked of... but for High level raids or PvP action I would ask (and on occasion require) it to be used. It will add a whole new dimension to SWG for us... Thank you for stomaching this message and my grammatical errors (Remember phonetically with me and it should work ) If you have any questions concerns or otherwise would like to call the guild leader a loooooosher, please feel free to send me an email here or via our website. I will be promptly ignoring them as always and placing a 'bad mark' on your recor... er, I mean I will respond with due haste... yea, that's the ticket. Syban
Just a reminder everyone if you plan on attending the raid please set up the client side of teamspeak so you can at least hear any conversations or commands given.
