Balandar Posted September 11, 2004 Share Posted September 11, 2004 Well, Lost everything. Gone forever. At least I backed up my camera pictures on a daily basis to CDs. I just hope those CDs are not scratched or anything. This really pisses me off. Anyway, I won't be around for some time. It's going to take me a week to reinstall everything. Balandar Posted September 13, 2004 Author Share Posted September 13, 2004 It was making a "cshhh cshhhh cshhh click" sound over and over. Some sectors went bad on the drive. Mostly the OS part. I tried to fix it with different software packages and the IBM tools for hard drives with no luck. Soooo.. I copied everything over to my new drive that I could.
