Rumblebore
The key to winning this battle is making the AE Effect "Stone Breath ineffective. The ways best to do this are to max MR, and have Bard Singing Psalm of Veeshan to add a minimum of 73 to all resists. The idea is to get your MR above 300, preferably more. This will give everyone a better chance of resisting the stun effect, which negates CHeals. We will also need at least 2 Wizzies who can add lots of DPS in to make the mob go down faster. He is do-able with 2 groups like we had, it will just be a long fight. High MR and LOTS of DPS are key. We can try Altarials idea of trying to pull him over to the Kobold Caves or even to the Notch/small cave in the east. That might be a workable idea, except the puller will be stunned a lot. Altarial
I was thinking another strategy might be for healers to stand at the bottom of the cliff on the bridge to Gunthak. If we are using fast cast heals, at least for clerics, it has a pretty far range, unlike using cheals. Just an idea.

Rumblebore
One of the reports of a raid on him used the standing down the hill idea - they got stunned- we may be able to experiment a bit in advance and see just how close we need to be to get off the heals. Altarial
I'm definitely up for trying this dragon until we can kill him. It will be a good goal and accomplishment for the guild (and will make our favorite McDonald's meal happy, too )
