Hothgorn TheBlack
Well, it was bound to happen. Due to the fact that some people just can't be creative enough, and created walking copyright infringements, Marvel is now suing Cryptic. Despite the fact that copyright infringing is against the end-user agreement. Gee....this wouldn't happen to be because Marvel is planning to release its own MMORPG would it? http://cnn.netscape.cnn.com/news/story.jsp...241.htm&sc=1333 -hoth
Zemach
Big mistake by Marvel in my opinion. I never see these clones at higher levels, so it seems to me that Cryptic is removing these characters as they are reported. Makes me Angry! Zenith
PvP has some info about this and a pretty funny toon about the whole deal. Was going to try to wait for the comic to archive before I posted this, but if it doesn't have the cartoon or stuff about the Marvel suing just scroll back a few days and read up. Pretty interesting, seems Marvel isn't looking for anything but just letting everyone know they will take these measures to insure licenses owned by them. Ruffling of feathers is all it seems.
