I get them from the bloodscalp trolls(level 40+). again there are serveral quests involving killing them. Get ahold of me we'll go get a bunch. Also, i hear rumors it can be picked along with purple lotus. ive looked and looked at the AH, but omfg people are ridiculously pricing them at 1 even 2 gold buyout.
