Rebma Posted June 29, 2005 Share Posted June 29, 2005 Hi guys! Rebma here, just wanted to pop in and say hi and see where everyone has gone and what they are up to... Synth and I play WoW as I've probly mentioned before. We don't miss EQ itself, we just really miss the people. Synth has a 60 Human Warlock (Synthan) and I have a 60 Human MAge (Rebma) and a 60 Human Pally (Stasha). We're officers in a guild led by Shawdar if any of you remember him, Linaboom is there with us as a 60 mage, so is Eldoran, he plays a hunter, and his wife if any of you remember Kiitara or Dylanii, she plays with us also. Sounds like some of you still play EQ, hope you're enjoying the game and that the server merge wasn't too painful. Drop me a note and say hello if you like, my email is wisperwynd28@yahoo.com. But does anyone remember me i have actually moved to City of Heros since last year. i really like it a lot, i fear i am all alone there. but, i have met others that played EQ B4. my computer was not able to take the specs for EQ2. some people are really trying to get me to go to WoW. some of my buddies at work play it as well. i will be looking into that some time this year i think. let me know what server you guys are on. many hugs and kisses for you all plz say hi to them all. Altarial Posted July 3, 2005 Share Posted July 3, 2005 Hey there both of you! ML is still going strong, everyone is lvling up and enjoying the new expansions. I'm lvl 70 now and halfway done with epic 1.5 and almost 200 AAs! Soltek and Linaboom were back in EQ for a little bit, so it was nice to get caught up with them. They were back in ML for a while, too! The server merge wasn't painful at all, it actually doesn't seem much different at all. I think it had more of an impact on the higher end guilds.. more competition for mobs at that level. The funny thing is that all of the new ML members are still from Inny server.. I don't think we have any Nameless people, hehe. Rummy has been logging into regular EQ recently, since his EQ2 guild seems to have taken the summer off from playing, hehe. I will past the word on to him next I see him, or he may just post on here. He's been having some trouble with his eyes, so it may be a while before he is back in any game or online to post, though. He's doing fine, though, just some blurry vision. I go thru at the beginning of each month and delete all characters that haven't been played in 3 months. I even deleted some of my alts, hehe. mlchat is still our chat channel, though, so join it to get someone to reinvite you. We have about 90 members (alts included) and everything is going well. WoW is alot of fun and the worl is so huge. If you do come check it out come over to the Kilrogg server... We are having a blast. Friends of course get an instant Invite. =) Anyway, I just dont see us ever playing EQ again... Ya never know though I always enjoyed raiding with ML even when we were in Formidable. Like Rebma said I dont really miss EQ just the people I knew =) oh and if anyone wants to come say hi here is our website....WoW Formidable Home Page. Sorill Posted July 7, 2005 Share Posted July 7, 2005 My WoW account closes on July 14th. I've activated both of my EQ accounts for a month. Neither account has DoN. Yet I'm excited about the alchemy changes. Kaab is at 175 skill (old cap for a 59 shaman). I saw Kirsty in PoK Sunday and Tuesday night but she was AFK. My channels are messed up.
