2005 Pontiac GTO Specifications

For those of you who don't know, I'm looking at buying a 2005 Pontiac GTO. I've been looking since late February/early March, but I haven’t had the money until now... Soooo, I'll be posting a lot of information related to the GTO over the next few days/weeks/months. This is mostly for my reference so I can look it up whenever and wherever I want (instead of printing out a book worth of information).

Corrosion Protection

Pontiac vehicles are designed and built to resist corrosion. All body and sheet metal components are warranted against rust-through corrosion for six years or 100,000 miles, whichever comes first. Application of additional rust-inhibiting materials is not required under the corrosion coverage and none is recommended. See your Pontiac dealer for terms of this limited warranty.

Sorry, no ######stang for me. The GTO beats it in every class. ftp://gtoforum@ftp.actsoft.com/05GTO.zip (will need a dvd type player, I'll try to find the avi movie). There are over 120,000 stangs sold already. expected 190,000 this year. WTF do I want with a car when I see 6 a day. And the retro look...

And no bloody 4 door charger that drives like a buick. I want the power of the LS2. Something so powerful it snaps your head back into the seat.
