It seems Lord William has to make them himself which would explain the long wait for these items. I suppose we'll just have the normal massive extravaganza of an event on Friday. If he intends to hand out the sashes exclusively on weeknights, I may never get one as I work on those nights (and sometimes on Friday as will be the case next week).
