It's a phone call from a man in Texas who witnessed a car accident involving 4 elderly women in a Chevy Impala. Eisaac Posted October 16, 2005 Share Posted October 16, 2005 (edited) Hah! it sounds very funny, but to my opinion, a few questions arise: This is as the radio man states "we can assume police has already been called", although the man says "WOW" when the accident supposedly happens so close to him he says "it was close"... This guy is driving along in a traffic jam yet the surroundings are very quiet. Could be that the car is sealed well with air condition and all, but, then, in contradiction to "police already been called", he sees the accident happen and the wreck... would you not hear it on the phone if he was so close? Also, this guy 'happens' to record a cell phone chat with a friend? could be he doesn't trust this friend too much? would YOU record a friend? Also, this accident already happened, the guy had much time to call his good friend (the one he's recording the chat with...) and the second he comes to eye contact with the accident (so did he see it happen or not?), EXACTLY then the accident guy gets out of the car, with his smoke which happens to be glued to his lips cause it didn't fall in the accident which made his car a wreck.... it is EXACTLY the time to tell a funny tale which could also start in "4 elderly ladies drive in a chevy impala...." hmm, does this sound like the start of an old joke or what! And, he has time to describe all the happenings although when you reach the accident site, although you slow down to a stop, still you accelerate to get out of there... and IF it was so funny he HAD to stay and watch the whole time, where are the honks of the other behind who want to pass the accident site? So many contradiction! I would say that CHUMFM did a good job raising their listener rating, but nothing more! (now some guy in Israel knows there is a CHUMFM radio ) Unless, of course there is another verification to the source.... but I doubt that!
