Borg
Ug der Crushers.Me hab spent many muuns in da deserts ub Silithus, stalking agh lurnin ub da Twilight followers agh der wayz. Me hab walked wit dem agh lurned da common tongue tu nub gib meself away. Me will tell latz wut me lurned agh me will du su in da common tongue su da earth brudders agh sisterz agh da deddie crusherz kin gruk. There is a great storm brewing in the southern desert of Silithus. The Twilight Followers have been communing with powerful ancient enemies and are preparing to bring them into our world. I have been able to infiltrate the brotherhood and learn their rituals to summon the heads of their order. Large elemental giants, self proclaimed Dukes of the Twilight brotherhood. In the guise of a Twighlight initiate, I plan to summon one or more of the Dukes to interrogate them and ensure that we as Crushers have a means by which to combat them. Should the interrogation go poorly, I require a handful of staunch Crushers by my side to ensure that we are capable of returning the Duke to his resting place once we have gleaned the information from it. To that end I will require the assistance of 5-10 Crushers. You must be experienced in years (ideally 57-60). As the process to summon the Dukes is extensive, I would not want to waste our opportunity should things go badly. Who's with me? -Grawuulf Morgh has ventured with Gordontell, Huato, Volonazra and Crikrunner to this place and specifically been in the Crusher team that summoned a Duke. While we were not successfull (due to Morgh getting attacked from the rear....sigh) I find that this area, the reward and the need for a solid team group who care most about splitting the items across the team (Cowl, Shoulders, Robe) so that maximum summoning can occur....all fit a longstanding role that the website guilds have successfully achieved in the years past. In the origional online game of UO...there was such a room...the Gargoyle Room of Hyloth....which then was renamed the Guardian room due to the fact that the PGoH guild always had stationed membership in that room to keep the evil at bay in Hyloth...it was literally a 24/7 operation.....if any member wanted to find a PGoH member.....they went to Trinsic and if not there....they went to the Gargoyle Guardian Room.....we were always there....plundering and succeeding at training and growth...so much so that they posted a Collector of Souls in room nearby....who never was there before....nice boss reward for us to play with hehehe. Well I think the rewards are very good at this location that Grawuulf speaks of and that I was priviledged to join the team at the other night. I wonder if the Clan would like to set up an "outpost" in the land of Silithus to harvest these required uniforms (to summon the Dukes etc) and to prepare our Clan for any events that may occur in this desert land (we know the door that will need to be opened IS right there also....Clan Skullcrusher will lead that opening aye?) I will gladly support any endeavor that the guild elders suggest or approve....I did though wish to report how in the past...such actions did succeed well for the guild, game and reputation of the guild in those said games of the past. Thank you for your time in this post.... what are your thoughts? PS....Definetly Battlefields are important as well as any PVP attacks we will conduct in future....this though may allow us some "Open" territory to work in (not an instance)...though the boss is linked to the summoner. Huato
This sounds like an excellent idea to me...I won two robes the other night in rolls, and would like to see them put to use while I am off adventuring elsewhere, and if a Crusher can use them right away, I'm all for handing them over. It takes time to get a whole set to activate the crystals (all classes use these for those who haven't been there yet), but I don't mind the grind to get them from the Twilight's Cultists. As for the rewards down there, both Shaman and Druids can use one of the hammers (when 1.9 comes out)...it has incredible dps AND Healing bonuses. Borg
This desert is going to be the playground in the future.....the upper level Barrens I betcha. Once that door opens....it will be a playground for invasions and great battles with gear drops and item loots for all the classes is my guess. See you on the inside. Fyi 58.5......soon will be able to help fill out an AV team....which looks then to make our Crushers able to field at least 2 full groups (10) if not 15....60s. Here come the CRUSHERS!!!!
