The "CLICKY" thingy

How do you write "CLICKY" (or, of course other things) when you put a link in a post?

First you will see a little bar above the white space where you are posting in. In the bar there is a little icon of a globe on top of a paperclip? You use that to insert a link to a webpage or something. After you enter the webpage URL, it asks what you want the title of the webpage to be. That's where ya put the CLICKY or whatever word in it for it to show CLICKY - this word was underlined, not a link on purpose.

Also I noticed that when I edit the post, it changes the initial url I put to this form:

(Replace "{" with "[". I changed it so the format will be seen, and not just the 'tag here')
