  1. Now that's awesome!! =) I think I am going to stick with programming. I can't compete with that. heheh. And Wolf. Get on ICQ sometime!!
  2. I wonder if the beta did anything special. Like fireworks or something.

    Part 3

Heh, just edit your post and add the links there. I doubt people will scroll all the way down here just to find links to the original posts.
  4. If you find some interesting news, just post it here and Martok or I can move it to the other news forums. But make sure it's not almost a week late

    Part 3

It might be a good idea to post them all in the same thread or have a link back to the previous two stories. I have not had time to read much of anything. =(
  6. Lol, they like to crush people's hopes and dreams for a better game. They just need to do an overhaul into pure 3D with UO itself. A completely new "client". And add races and some other little things so people are not stuck pretending to be an orc when they are in reality human.
  7. You will have to nudge a lot harder Borg (send an email). I rarely read anything outside of the SoC and General forums now with work.
  8. The roster is setup so outsiders, and even guild mates, won't know if a person has more than one character listed. I did this so people can "get away" from their main characters. I'll most likely have an alt in the guild and people won't know it's me . The undead is purely a roleplaying stance. We were going to be an ALL-ORC guild. Unfortunately that would hamper us a lot due to the game mechanics. It's not like SWG where any race can play any class. You will not be able to play any alliance on a server if you have a horde character on a server. It's one sect/server. With 8 characters from that sect, unless they decide differently. In beta (since there is like only one server) everyone can play anything. As to which race you wish to play, up to you. It's good to see that you take into consideration that we do not have a certain amount of each class. That shows loyalty to the guild But, still... play what you want to play. And our current active members are most likely those above peon. The rest we are unsure of...
  9. Nokk, I like that idea.

    THE Wedding

Sweet =) I think that BB's and Scouts took place on the roof of Mars Tower.
  12. I can see it just fine. I don't know why, but I have always been able to see direct links to image dump. And we will not add an image hosting ability to T.H.E. We do not have that amount of space.

    Ug!

    Hooowah! Heel'r!!
  14. We (Uglutz and I) are deciding on the colors for our guild tabard that Morgh has provided to us from beta. But... they will be adding more icons and more colors before WoW goes gold. So we may end up seeing some more combinations that would do a skullcrusher justice.
  15. Playing other games and doing other things until they either get open beta or the game goes gold. >:/
  16. “Blue Orb of Dragon Summoning” I originally was going to create a Night Elf only picture, but as things progressed I ended up with the Orb of Summoning. Created in Poser 5 using Firefly. No postwork other than signature. Thanks for looking!

    Office Space is a classic.
  18. This has been discussed before and we are undecided. If we play on a pvp server, we will end up being a roleplaying pk guild. Unless they have an RP pvp server.. Also, we do not know how PvP will work on the regular servers yet. The regular ones will have more RP value than just running around and ganking people. There will be objectives to complete, towns to take over. Example, you could come into a town, kill all the NPCs and Quest NPCs and basically take that town over. Perhaps even kill the travel NPCs so people will have to run there to destroy us. As of right now I am against a pure 100% PvP server. I would rather like to see a DAoC setup. Certain zones that are for PvP.. which WoW will have... but I just hope those zones are not tiny. DAoC had quite a bit of freedom in running around. DAoC also had the battlezones where you could take over the central keep. Except in WoW, there will be consequences to the other side when you take over something (killing of quest NPCs), or there will be a reward, like a super powerful weapon, or gold, etc.
  19. Thanks I have a 75k that I have been paying into since I was 14. I'll have to get my own benefits since they do not have any at that company. Anyway, I'll be doing programming kinda like what I do here. heheh. Which is great! What I learn at work I can apply here, well maybe. And I also have Kozz who I can get info from He just rejoined UO after 6 some years of absence. (I have been in contact with him for every week since that time though ) I don't know what to do for lunch yet. I'll have to talk to my boss and find out how things are done there.. that or drive around the day before I work to see if I can't find someplace to eat. Or bring in a big bag of cheetos. Also, what time does that CNN show start in the mornings... remember, I am an hour behind you Borg.
  20. No, other than only-wow.com we will have no dealings with the PhM/Blagtoof in game. Martok, if he ever gets away from playing SWG again, can explain our reasons on that.
  21. This was posted by Kat last night: Due to the tremendous demand and interest in the World of Warcraft beta, we decided to award fan sites in the Blizzard Fan Site Program additional keys to distribute for contests or giveaways. We recommended that these sites award their slots to their readers as a way to introduce more Blizzard gamers into the beta, and as an additional incentive for players to become involved in the World of Warcraft community. Note that out of more than 100 fan sites in the Fan Site Program, these sites held contests to the best of their abilities and attempted to reward some of our most die-hard fans. Blizzard created the Fan Site Program to foster highly-trafficked sites; Blizzard gamers ultimately choose which of these sites will actually become successful by deciding which site they choose to visit on a regular basis. Please take the information gained from the responses posted in these forums into consideration when choosing which fan sites you wish to frequent and support in the future, from the World of Warcraft’s launch to the release of future Blizzard titles.
