I found most would rather hear much than little word from OLYMPUS or from the GODS so.....through me I will be talkative so to speak. Now then.....I shall begin This time and place has been selected by the citizens of the Empire as the regular meeting for the Empire. I will inform those in attendance on matters of State this eveining in what we call.....the STATE of The EMPIRE. I will do such....4 times a year weekly we will discuss current affairs or needs of attention. the NEWS section of the Empire boards will also keep records of matters to be aware of and like tonight will inform you of events that will or may occur AFTER the meeting. now then....the largest and newest information ....is most likely known by you all but It is my great HONOR to declare it and announce it to you in person. The office of Decurion has a new leader he is Sir Rand ....once of Camelot now of the Honor Empire. Sir Rand....would ye stand brother. Sir Rand has consistently proven himself as a great leader against Lord Blackthorn and our Legionnaires and Squires will benefit from his teaching this already has sounded an alarm in the ears of the JUKA for many of them have felt the heavy horse of his columns now they will feel the heavy might of Sir Rands men for ages to come. Thank you brother....welcome home *shakes hand* Rand: Thank ye. *shakes* Now....for the more serious matters.......the Empire is in a state of WAR. War with Lord Blackthorn, his Juka, Savages and Mechanics. The reports currently have the city of Papau as LOST the city of Minoc nearly destroyed with the Guardians of Light leading the defense of our mining interests and the mines keeping Lord Blackthorn from those most important Ore deposits. The city area of Yew is now not recognizable to these old eyes but still is not lost and Dawn leads the fight there. Senator Prometheus has continued to experiment on the seeds we now find and he reports that from the Meer are word of new powerful reagents and potions will ...if all experiments succeed be found .....Dr Codene has some information on this and he is meeting with Dawn and Calinin as we speak. Trinsic our mother city......still is besieged with city street fighting but we still hold upper control..... Overall the War is at best a stalemate and your efforts as well as those not in attendance is greatly appreciated and needed. Trinsic must be maintained.....while an ear to support Minioc and Yew must be vigilant. The Legion numbers are growing steadily and now with the prowess of Sir Rand this will be more easily and efficiently gained. I can hear Martok already thinking.....a question......here is your answer Brother. there are 65 individual families within the Empire with 5 others on an abroad vacation. this includes Legionnaire and Squire families. The Current state of the Legion strenght is average. the Navy creation has yet to materialize. this is NOT a danger...and it is something to keep all of our eyes and ears open about. While the navy is not needed EXACTLY now it will be when the Herans will be asked to tame the Ilshenar beasts of the sea. Seahorses for those that wonder what I meant. Lord Blackthorn now only deals with land occupation and the Senate has been supplimenting the losses of realm resources well the stockpiles of the Empire are still strong....but dwindling. Currently the stockpiles are reported in the state as follows. Lumber is at 269000 boards. Ingots are at 381000. Leather is at 119000 yards. those are the three resources we are supplimenting realm merchants requests for Yew can nolonger send Lumber, Minoc can no longer supply Ingots, and Papau can no longer supply Leather. The Liquidation efforts of the Treasurey to assist in this and the consilidation of Capital structures has done well. The Poseidon Tower was destroyed in the last year by the Doom Daemons of Paradox but the Trades Tower and Arcane Academy stand firm still The Port Authority Villa, Infirmary cabin Decurion Office, War Room Tower and Olympus all stand here strongly secured for eternity by the EMpire forever will this be your home and yes.....the ancient Hall of HONOR still stands in Felucca beside the Honor Shrine. for those of you wondering .....why do we all wear smith aprons? it is that long ago....we founders all mined stone from under the shrine myself, Sir Lags, Yukon Bob, and with the aid of Balandar we magically formed the Honor Stone. The State division of the Empire also reports the ascension of 3 new Emissaries Galanor of Illyceum, Mysty of Dalmatia, and Thoirk of Nicomedia. these strong individuals .......yes stand Thiork, these individuals will represent the Empire in matters of diplomacy. Thiork here though may need some boots for that Nicomedia province surly is mucky. hehheh. Yew is lucky to have you Emissary *pats shoulder* Thiork: Thank You. *grins* These Emissaries are conducting meetings with the realm guilds that exist inside those provinces as well as keeping a tab on activity we may not see so clearly. From these Emissaries may rise great Governors at this point Governess Briannna of the family Valshea leads the State division. Nnow.....I will sepak of the more entertaining and less worldly issues. the programs from Olympus Recruitment Rewards....has begun and Sir Rand, SerBrightblade, Thiork, Galanor all have been registered for this program for thier support of the Empire recruitment. The Empire rewards one member every Quarter with a commission that will then releive him/her of the burdon of taxation. taxation that does NOT come from the Empire but does come from the GODS on the soul itslef of members. OOC GAMETIME costs for 3 montsh time the reward is paid to the member in good standing that supports recruitment and keeps Sir Rand busy. hehehe. aye Sir Rand? Rand: *nods* Indeed. The other excitment is not known to anyone and tonight I will touch of its basics. Olympus has provided me great sculptures of the evil we face now, Lord Blackthorn, Juggernaught, Randorr the Dragon, as well as the Meer Dasha and Watcher, as welll as the Juka Leader. these statues Olympus will reward to the person who succeeds in contests of wits. I will be announcing events for the Realm AND for members only whomever succeeds in these tests and challenges will be sent a statue of thier choice these events and those yet declared in future are to enhance the lives of members, realm inside our world and in our dreamworlds as well. Current purple is on the left, new purple on the right.

I have spoken with Borg and we are going to try a new purple (the other one is too bright for some peoples likings). We are looking at the deepest violet on the special dye tubs. I'll most likely place a vendor at the castle so people can buy what they need for clothing. I'll add a reply here in later to show the difference between the two purples I am talking about. Anyone know if young people can use the special dye tub? Those with accounts under 12 months?

Purchase PGoH Items

Some were in the PGoH members group for this forum. I have removed this group since it is too much work to keep track of everyone who is a member in PGoH. Also, the board was rarely used. There will only be leader groups for the different games from now on. (A lot less leaders than members to keep track of).

Nujelm's bank is to small for my liking.

Since Trinsic is under siege it is not wise to use that as our bank normally, especially for out trades people. Minoc and Yew are also under siege. Britain is too crowded. And the other cities are blah. I think Magincia would be a good place. Not crowded at all (hardly anyone ever there) and it also looks similar to Trinsic with the sandstone buildings.

I think that would be a great idea. Create a poll for different times to find out when people will be on the most. Example Staurday Night Sunday Night Monday Night etc.. Also include Every Night or Most Nights.

I love this game. Very addictive. I play the full version at home and the demo at college (less time to install). I play Balandar as always. Tues and Thur at noon - 1:00 or so... CST.. or one hour behind NY time. Whatever that may be. You can find me on AIM (Balandar) or Yahoo messenger (volocrs).

I had to change the forums since I added 4 more categories and 9 more forums. The index page would have been a few miles long by the time all of the games come out. It should also load faster now (it does for me at least).

I will be getting this. No doubt. I was just wishing that I could get into a D&D group again like the old days. I just don't have the time though. But one that I can run from my computer and I don't have to drive 20 mins to might well damn be worth playing and taking time out from college!!

Dungeon Siege will be out on the 4th. That looks to be a pretty cool game. www.dungeonsiege.com. It also includes an editor so you can make your own worlds. Only up to 8 players, but hey... I can live with that.
