Yeah, it is my fault I can't recall what I put as the answer to that security question, but it would have been one of two options, and neither works, so I don't know at this point. It's likley I may have made a typo when setting them up and that is the problem. Now I can't log in at all as it says my account is locked out due to too many failed attempts at the security question. I've been attempting to call their customer support for the last hour and a half and continue to get the all agents are busy, please try again later message.
Something tells me their CS group and system is not prepared for this.
