Yep, we'll get her next week Al! That last attempt was weird when you lost your connection...you kept porting from North to South and back repeatedly and she followed suit. Weirdest damn thing I've ever seen during an encounter like that. At first I thought someone had pulled aggro from you, then I realized that you were jumping around North to South and back and she along with you...and you were LD! lol Anyhow, thanks to those that showed last night!

Just a reminder and shameless plug for tonight's Onyxia run...we need about 14 more! We need more able bodied ranged dps and casters/healers. We are full on warriors though (sorry guys and gals...we need more ranged dps and healing now). Come on! Get in there and sign up! I want to down her two weeks in a row.

Very true Waldoniss. That said, I think most of our regulars to MC are ready for at least the first couple of encounters in BWL and perhaps even AQ 40. I'm not saying we're ready for the entire instance (either), but there is no reason that we could start working on them if we had the time. Look at our progress in MC? A huge portion of that is because our people are geared from the stuff they got at the beginning of the instance. Huato has 6/8ths of the EF set. Depressing to see one drop while on Zuato, but we also have Morgh with 6/8th of the Cenarion set, and we have a few others that are creeping up there. Tonight I expect we will have Domo down and be giving Ragnaros a shot. Even though we haven't taken down Rags yet, I believe we are capable of giving the first two to three bosses in BWL a good go. Yes, I realize its a big step up in difficulty, but we have the people to do it.

That was one of the first things I thought of too. With the number of Alliance guilds that are running BWL and AQ40 now, once they hit Naxx they are going to be rampaging through Horde areas like mad. Not sure what Blizzard plans to do about that...hopefully they have something in place, but I doubt they will do anything till after the fact.

http://www.wocoi.com/naxx/index.html Just freaking amazing stuff in there! For fun, look at the list of Frost Resist stuff. Check out the weapons. There are some weapons in there that do more dps (base) than the two legendary weapons presently available and they are drops...not put together. The staves are incredible, as is the two hand mace. There's one really nifty and really nasty two hand sword there too. I suspect there will more to come for it. Really looking forward to this! We need to at least give it a shot. For the clothies, there is a chest piece with 316 armor on it for ya there too

Dabu Xaos! I gotta thank those that came out with us - we couldn't have done without everyone that showed up! It was one heck of a fight, but she came down. And will die at our collective might again. I have some screenshots that I will get posted this evening time permitting. I was going to update the DKP this morning, but work is preventing that (imagine that! lol). I'll have that posted this evening or tomorrow evening at the latest. Anyhow, thanks for coming out everyone and making this a success! I'll get a better post together later today.

Hey!! That's my name! Thanks for the update there! I was going to play him last night before MC, but I ended up hopping on Zuato early and helping with a quest.

Any advice/pointers for Druids? I'd like to think I am doing a good job healing with Zuato, but I know I can improve.

Update time! I'm up to 20 arcanite bars, and Zuato has 5 crystals needing transmuted on him. Half way there counting those! If any one has any crystals or arcanite bars on them, I am willing to pay. Just let me know!

Lol That's funny. It was amusing to see the channels light up with people freaking out over one or two level 60 Horde coming into Goldshire or in the area. Oh, and before anyone panics, I'm staying Horde! I want to play around every now and then on that side. Last night I burned out on farming and questing, and since I couldn't get into an instance run with anyone I opted to go play a new character for a while.

lol I rolled a Paladin last night and am having fun with him during the early levels. They heal so much better than the Shaman does right from the start, have mail, and oddly have more dps with melee weapons from the start (and people say nerf shaman). The flip side is the Shaman has some pretty nice damage with spells and if fully enhance specced they put the hurt on with 2 handers. That said I heal mostly in 40 man raids with my Shaman, and of course with my Druid...the Paladin will be the same I am sure, just better at it than my Shaman. My observations so far between Paladin and Shaman is that the Paladin is the Cleric - the priest/warrior in plate, and the Shaman is the warrior/mage - they can cast and deal damage, but don't have the defense of the warrior or paladin nor the healing abilities of the paladin. When the patch hits and we get the new talents with the Shaman I am respeccing Elemental/Enhance and not putting any points in resto. At least to start with anyway. My Druid is my healer now.
