What drops them?

Since my plan is to respec Zuato to resto at 60, I want to get a Hide of the Wild crafted by Hoofstomper. I know where to find the living essence, and I am not able to fish the essence of water...where is the best place to farm for it? I want to start farming a little here and there as I work my way to 60 with him.

We didn't get her this week, but we did do one heck of a job for most of us being Onyxia Virgins! Got her into phase 3 on the 3rd try...I believe that had we been able to give it another go we could have done it last night, but it was late, and we will be delivering her head on 4/27 to Orgrimaar. I want to thank Maube and Gordantell for helping with some of the raid stuffs, Flayer for providing Fire resist potions, and every one that showed up for helping get this off the ground and almost doing it on our first excursion there! Next week we will have more people from the get-go, so we will be able to start closer to the 9:30 start time.

If I can be on long enough to help this weekend I will help you as well...if you are in my group you get the blood as well. We will help you! We need ya there, and enjoy your company.

Here are the general rules for the Onyxia runs that I will be leading beginning Thursday 4/20/06: Invites will begin as soon as I can get on. The raid will start at 9:30pm. However with a new baby in the house it may be difficult for me to be online before 8:30, but I will make an effort to do so. That said, please be at or near Onyxia's Lair by 9:30. There will be no reliance on Warlocks to summon you if you are late unless it is an extenuating circumstance. The Warlocks will need their shards for soul stones and health stones. Please be mindful of the needs of the raid. Sign ups will be found here for all future runs: http://signup.core.eti.br/index.php DKP listings will be found here: http://crusher.core.eti.br/onyxia/ Loot Rules and DKP values: Tier 2 set helms will cost 40 dkp All other epic BoE armor and cloaks will cost 40 dkp All epic weapons dropped from Onyxia will be 80 dkp Onyxia's head will, on the first several times we take her down, go to the leatherworkers in the raid so that everyone can get the Onyxia Scale cloak made (this will be rolled for by the leatherworkers present the first few raids - must be at 300 LW). After the leatherworkers are taken care of, the head will then go to the member with the most lifetime DKP each week. In the event there is a tie, there will be a random roll to decide who will get it that week. The head will be 0 DKP. The lifetime dkp is the cumulative total of all the dkp the individual has earned from all of our Onyxia runs, and bidding on an item does not affect that number. Edit 7/6/06: I'm going to an alternating schedule on my runs for the head. How this works is leatherworkers get to roll on the head every other time we take her down. This allows those that are not leatherworkers to have a shot at the head too since there are nice rewards for turning it in. Onyxia's Scales. These will initially go to our main tank, secondary tank, and tertiary tank. After that they will be raid rolled. The reason being is we want to equip them with Onyxia Scale cloaks since they are going to be literally standing in the line of fire for these and future runs. Maube has been extremely generous and has donated 4 Cindercloth Cloaks for the cause. These will be handed out to the tanks present for the first few runs so that they can get their Onyxia Scale cloaks crafted immediately. She is willing to make the cloaks for everyone else provided the materials are provided free of charge. Mature Black Dragon Sinew. This will be randomed amongst the hunters that are present for the first few raids. After that it will be assigned like Onyxia's head based on lifetime DKP. Warriors that need to finish the quest for Quel'Serrar will be able to do so with no cost or interference. Updates will be made to these rules as needed. Update: There will be no more dkp issued on the days that she does not go down now that we have killed her. The "training" dkp was to reward those that stuck through the first attempts at killing her and to reward the loyalty. This event is now going to be every other week beginning 6/8/06. Regarding sign ups: I work full time and have a large family. I check the sign up page frequently, and will add members that have been running with us first and will then fill out the raid with new people. I will fill the raid from sign ups as it gets close to the date we are going to run. If you sign up the day before or the day of I CANNOT gaurantee you a spot. As much as I wish I could, I want this to be smooth and filled out as soon as possible, so I will fill the spots approximately 2 days in advance. We had problems in the past filling this raid and now we have people in line waiting to get in. Please be sure to sign up ASAP if you want a spot in the run. The sooner I have a full sign up the less I have to worry about this on top of a 3 month old baby, 4 other kids (when they are all here), wife, house work, etc. Please understand I am not intentionally excluding anyone. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Edit 4/19/06 - updated info with DKP listing link. Received power supply, installed it, and so far everything looks MUCH better, and the computer appears to be more stable than before too

Doh! I never realized I could use it IN combat. lol I just assumed it was like the Shaman res in that it could only be used out of combat. Silly me.

I've managed to make it to 51 and was wondering when we get combat rez, or if it's a talent? I don't recall seeing it as a talent though.

Let's go ahead and do an independant one for the Onyxia runs. The reason being is we are going to pick up people that don't necessarily make our MC runs, and this way we start at 0 for everyone. The other reason is the Tier 2 raid helms drop from Onyxia, along with other random epic weapons. Her head, and scales are yet more reasons...I'm trying to work out a good assignment of values for said items right now. As for time, after discussing with some people 9:30 seems to be a more favorable time to start due to schedules.
