I agree with you on the way it should be passed out...but that doesn't change the fact that I'd also like a Staff of Dominance. You would not believe how much healing a Shaman does in MC and BWL...and in any instance for that matter now. My role changed completely at 60, plus elements and Earthfury are geared towards healing. Shaman are a support class, so we need some love in those categories too. But I agree...it should go to Priests, then Druids, then Shaman/Mages.

I was pretty sure the Hale staff was a world drop. I'd love to have a good staff though...the Rod of the Ogre Magi would be great for the bonuses to healing and spells since I have both at my disposal

I need to get the key. Already turned my book in, however I will help if available. I'd also like to try and get a staff out of there...there are a couple good ones that drop in there. Would have bought a Hale Magefire (is that the right name?) staff last night but they wanted 200gold for it.

Huato 60, Elemental 30/ Resto 21. FR as I stand right now (non-fr encounter geared) it is 47. With all my FR gear I am at 90 fire resist before totems. Availability. Schedule it and I can most likely be there. As long as I know when it is I can typically scedule for it as long as I am not raiding every night of the week (wife aggro builds every consecutive night. . I'd like to be part of both raids.

Takes just 1 slot, and requires a 350 watt power supply. I have a 450w ps, so I was fine there. The card does require a power connecter from the power supply though. I'm running WoW at 1280x1024 with everything turned all the way up...that's the highest res my LCD supports, and it's fine with me.

Lol That's funny Greenbull. I replaced an Nvidia card with an Nvidia card, and my mobo chipset is Nvidia. lol I've had good luck with the company, and the price wasn't too bad so I went with it.

It was bad...I was amazed that the server handled the number of people down there even thoguh it was like a slide show.

Can someone point me to an upload location? I took a LOT of shots last night...got a few from inside the Ruins of Ahn'Qirah (the 20 man), and I took some screenshots of the opening mobs in the 40 man section too...then I have a bunch from otuside right before, during, and after the gates opening. I've never seen so many players in one spot before. It was awesome.

I need to find a host for my screenshots...I was there at the opening, wandered into the 40 man instance at one point, and then 20 of us went and gave the Ruins of Ahn'Qiraj a go till the first boss where we wiped three times, but we got closer each time to finishing him off. For rep, you gain Cenarion Circle Rep in the Ruins (20 man) and Brood of Nozdromo in the 40 man instance. I am glad I hung on to my +20 NR ring that I got a while back, and that a few of us finished up the Emissary Friday night...the pants reward from that have +25 to NR. Anyhow...there was some fun to be had when the server wasn't taking a dump on us...the Crystal in Camp Mojache would randomly mind control someone close by and of course everyone promptly beat on them till they were dead (myself included - darn you Dadus!).

Ended up picking up a GeFroce 6600 with 256mb of RAM at Best Buy to replace my old one. So far I love it.

Ok, got a bad video card. But...I now have a new one and it works great...I can play WoW at 1280x1024 with everything turned up and it is perfectly smooth so far. Now...we need to get this Shaman quest done.

Gah! Damned video card upgrade gone bad...bought a new card tonight (GeForce 6600GT AGP, 256MB of RAM) and the computer will not boot with it in. I can get my old card to work fine though.

HUGE Bump here. I want to try to complete this tonight. I was talking with Gordantell, Raeda, and Smedlock last night...Gordan wants to bring Jelorian along, so that would make three Shaman, a tank, and now we could use a priest, but could probably sneak in with another Shaman fine. The strat is above, and I'd like to attempt this later tonight (have to go to dinner with wife and in-laws to celebrate a couple birthdays early evening). I think we can do this if we follow the strategy I posted above.
