  1. Thank you for getting on the roster Logan. Hopefully others will soon follow suit!
  2. I think Balandar might be one to contact on this. We have a gallery here at TheHonorEmpire.org perhaps he would be willing to post them for you.
  3. Those who were at the meeting tonight were informed that everyone who is part of the guild should at the very least be registered on the PGoH site and on the roster. There are two posts on the leaders announcement board here which describe how to do this. First post Second Post Aside from those posts which describe how to get on the roster there are several other posts in there that describe the proper method of doing such things as scheduling events and gaining recognition for your donations towards guild stockpiles. As always use the boards they are an important tool. Urge your brothers and sisters who may be lax in this to do the same. Lastly pay special attention to posts made under leaders announcements. For Honor and Empire
  4. Alas I have checked the work schedule and lucky me I have to work tommorow and Tuesday so I will have to sit this one out *frowns deeply*
  5. Just read this off stratics concerning known issues. *drumroll* Yes, we are investigating the addition of Stat Locks! Looks like the days of ping-ponging or see sawing stats will be gone. *throws hands in the air and does happy dance*
  6. A note on meetings: While of course we would all like to see everyone be there and we would all like to be there ourselves the leadership more than understands that real life comes first. If you can't make a meeting dont feel badly, just look to the boards for the meeting notes so you can catch up. Likewise if you can't stay through a meeting that is understood too. Just quietly excuse yourself and catch up using the meeting notes. A few people have asked me about meetings and seemed to feel like it is an earth shattering thing to miss one here and there. The answer is simple. We all have lives outside of the game and those take precedence. Id rather have someone who keeps up to date with the codex and guild events than someone who shows up for everything yet shows no knowldege of anything. I think this can probably be said for most people within the guild Happy adventuring and dont forget the lich hunt tommorow.
  7. Do what you must, noone will fault you for that. Real life issues are far more important to deal with. My prayers are with you and your family.
  8. Take a look at this game being played on Europa. Of course the participants were lucky enough to have an IGM create a field of play. Unfortunately for US Shards IGM's are long gone and deader than the dinosaur. Take a look at this link to learn all about Bagball Bagball
  9. To assist with this project that has been undertaken. It is fairly simple to assist him in compiling a list of rewards and what was required to get them. Infact he has written a script to make life easy. Please visit the page and bookmark it and fill it out whenever you turn in a BOD. In turn we can use the information contained within to our advantage. BOD Reward Database Collection
  10. I need a listing of some of the current hard to obtain or rare items for the various professions. Listing should be submitted similar to below Blacksmithing: Pigiron, Colored Anvils, Runic Hammers, Ancient Hammers Tailoring: Hides Alchemy/Magery Pumice, Volcanic Ash I am hoping to create exhibits of sorts displaying some of these items and need to figure out what is out there, what is obtainable etc. Also if you have leads on true rares, by this I mean server birth items or items from quests long ago (Though unfortuantely I believe Centurio has most of these) please also inform me.
  11. That would be nice. Allow GM Miners to mix colors with ore as its smelted. The ore might then be colored but still retain the name valorite ingots or shadow ingots although colored. Also for those interested in seeing a chart on BOD rewards and what you need in order to revcieve various rewards here is a nice little site I came across. Smithing Bod Rewards
  12. I dont know. I didnt see that matter discussed on the thread.
  13. Along with publish 16 comes a few new smithing rewards for BODs. Powder of temperment: Increased durability for armor and weapons made using it. Aquired thus far by some small bods usually of some color. Prospector's Tool: May be used on a minable spot to upgrade by one level the color of ore mined. It may not be used multiple times on the spot to go from iron to valorite. It is not a permanent change. It does not cause Ore Elementals to spawn from the use of it like its kin the Gargoyle's Pickaxe does. Another benifit is a miner will be able to predetermine what ore can be gathered from a spot rather than picking at it first. All in all I think smiths will be happy with these two additions!
  14. Kurt. Using the Line of honor and cross healing a wyrm is nothing for one with melee skills to drop. Perhaps this is where the legion should focus some time, to learn the use of the line of honor which I have yet to see in action by many new to the guild. Also to keep in mind the ancient liche which you speak of is a far greater foe than a white wyrm, perhaps even an ancient wyrm (at least on the same level as one). This too can be taken out with melee tactics but only those versed in using the line of honor with his/her other gladiators dragoons and such. Perhaps now would be a good time to mention a few manuals written by wolf, scout and me. They include formations as well as some key roles that must be played in successful campaigns. Hopefully soon the Decurion will return to assist in the training of the tactics, but until then perhaps some of the older and more skilled veterans of the guild can assist in teaching the newer members. Again please read these manuals as it will help when someone steps forward to help in instruction. I assure you these foes you speak of can most certainly be dropped with melee alone, I've been there to see it done. It just takes teamwork. This same teamwork will be vital for those seeking the new scrolls of power which are rumored to soon be found in the lands.
  15. Dont forget there are bear rugs as well which arent pictured there yet
  16. Came across this today Tailoring Bod Rewards
  17. OK the instructions are the same for XP with one exception. When doing the shortcut properties to put the /n in you will notice XP has (to the best of my recollection) quotes "" around the path. I believe you need to put the /n within the quotes with the rest of the path. I will look when I get home and make a posting as to exactly how it should look.
  18. Main Entry: re·spon·si·bil·i·ty Pronunciation: ri-"spän(t)-s&-'bi-l&-tE Function: noun Inflected Form(s): plural -ties Date: 1786 1 : the quality or state of being responsible : as a : moral, legal, or mental accountability b : RELIABILITY, TRUSTWORTHINESS 2 : something for which one is responsible : BURDEN With the guild growing many things are occuring. There have been many posts by many leaders asking basically 3 things as of late. 1. Read and understand the Codex 2. Install UO Journal (this is used for disputes....CLICK HERE FOR DOWNLOAD PAGE) 3. Utilize the Roster Sign up system via the application form (RESUBMITT APPY CLICK HERE) Then use this account to get your main and any alternates in the guild on the roster. The guild leadership has put a great deal of personal time and effort that could be spent with families, friends, hobbies or in game playing to see that the proper tools for a sucessful guild are present and available to all the mebers. Apparently few members feel that they have any responsibility to this their online family and ignore the pleas of leadership to do these three simple tasks. Once again I will request of all PGoH to do all of the three above items if you have not already. I will also stress that people need to understand the rank system. Apparently there are some who feel they might order others around. Even the council members do not "order" people as I have seen done as of recent days. If you are in the guild and on a romp you can be expected to be told to do things by those of higher rank but this is in the spirit or roleplay and to keep order amongst many so that all can enjoy and know what to expect. How many know the proper protocol and action of the guild. I am willing to say not many. We are a family and we are here for fun but with everything comes responsibility and some form of ruleset. So one final time I am asking everyone within the guild to act upon this thread and do the 3 simple things requested within it. -Lord Ser Brightblade, Praetorian Prefect 2000-2002
  19. A pleasure to see you visiting us. A sad story you tell and I am sure I am not alone in wishing you the best of luck with your delinquent neighbors. I hope the issue is resolved with speed. We too once had our own problem children years ago who would follow the guild everywhere we went. Eventually by ignoring them enough they got tired and left. Hopefully it will be the same for you!
  20. Well regardless of that its good to see the chages and great to see what its bringing to the game. Now if we can only get Greg his donuts!!!
  21. Found this on UO Boards. Thank god that original list is being revamped. While these rewards are thank yous for playing I really would think that 4 and 5 years of playing would yield more fulfilling rewards. I cant wait to see what wonders they dream up. Given the past few patches and now Publish 16 I think we are seeing a whole new OSI. *waits with eager anticipation*
