The only two I'm aware of who have anything up are Rhoach and Grawuulf) and I hope we can create an easier, more informal environment in which to write and present some small pieces of character-creation. See if you can come up with a little summary of where your rogue is from, how he/she came to join the Crushers, and just what sort of rogue he or she is, be it an assassin, a pickpocket, a skirmisher, etc. to tell the rest of us.

Huh, I thought I had an entry in here... oh well, I do now. Scryll: 300 Herb/300 Alchemist. Can make Major Healing and Mana pots, all Greater Protection pots. Can also transmute Arcanite. Also cooks just about anything under the sun. Ronstin: 130 Mining/195 Engineering. Can make advanced targeting dummies, exploding sheep, red and blue fireworks.

I'm working on getting the transmute that turns Hearts of Fire into the Elemental Fire we need for our Greater Fire pots. I farm when I can, and regularly empty the AH of all it's reasonably priced materials for the turn-ins, but I'm still about ten stacks of Kingsblood or Iron Bars away. If you can spare any, it will be greatly appreciated.

Hey, if they're not going to take even the most basic of security precautions, then it's probably deliberate and they're just generous. That or they're too stupid to be allowed to use their bandwidth themselves.

I don't think any of us have the Volcanic Shoulders pattern yet (I know Kelani doesn't...pretty sure Crik and Depaa don't either), so if anyone happens to turn one up in LBRS.... Either Crik or Depaa does have them. When I log in, I can confirm which one made mine. I keep telling you that, V, why won't you ever listen to me? *sad*

You can try and do it outside the mod if you want. I wouldn't recommend it though, it's apparently not hard to hack the mod.

Yeah, but how many other classes are they going to have? Warrior, mage, warlock, paladin seem like definites, and Blizzard seems to prefer restricting available classes. Both hunters and rogues seem like better fits for them than priests, considering the anti-Light line they've taken with the Lore.

And I thought the BE starting area was going to be bad before... I do have to worry, though. I had figured BEs would be able to take the priest class, seeing as we only have two races who can be priests now, while the Alliance has three. Making it 4 alliance priest races, and keeping only 2 Horde-side would be insane. But if BEs are getting paladins, can I really expect them to be getting priests as well?

They're already inaccurate, incidentally. They've apparently already taken the Windfury nerf out.

Hehehehe....they'd never fix that one Same for giving the other classes epic quest lines. Blizzard learned its lesson, and they're not going to add any more of those.

I was the only kicker around, and with my general lag and weak fps in anything over a 10-man, I can't kick effectively. By the time I've seen that they're casting, and my kick has actually procced, they've gotten the spell off.

Kaer's got it right, this is fake. Too many things are in there which Blizzard should have fixed long ago. They're not going to retool itemization that extensively this patch. We'd have heard about it earlier if they were thinking of it. They're not going to make the mail system more responsive. They're not reducing rep losses, or making them only apply to the person who killed an civilain. They're not fixing the alt-tab sound bug, nor are they fixing the God-like name graphic bug. They're not giving more directions to the guards. The increase in ranks 11-14 might happen in the expansion, but it's not going to happen pre-expansion. They're not going to keep BGs from starting until they're at full capacity *nor would they want to* etc. The druid changes in particular are just beyond plausibility for Blizzard.

I've been somewhat conflicted of late. Ehshkandar seems to drop fairly often for us in MC, and I haven't sent a bid on it yet, because I'm a sword rogue, and it ain't a sword, dangit. I've been wielding Mirah's Song as my offhand instead. I'm not particulary good with the number crunching, so I thought I'd ask what others thought. Is Ehskandar good enough to make up for the lost procs from my five-slotted Sword Specialization? Would it be good enough if I dropped Lethality and picked up Fist Specialization?

That proscription against being an asshat doesn't include posts directed at Teran, right?

In their defense, I think that was before Blizzard nerfed him. He used to be insane. Still doable, but incredibly freaking hard.
