Ok, but I'm only going to wish you luck in one of your threads. I need to keep some for me, you know.

I'll give the 25 man a shot, but am concerned about being able to pull my weight in a 25-man with such a latency-sensitive class like a rogue. I know that Scryll wasn't able to perform to my minimum expectations in BC in that environment. I am very much interested in continuing with the 10-man. I like the 10-man, and honestly prefer the smaller group. I'd hoped we'd be taking it to Ulduar with 3.1, since we've killed KT, we're working out Sarth+drakes, and should probably be able to take Malygos down in another night's worth of attempts.

I'm sorry Maube, but I won't be attending. 4 raiding nights a week burns me out.

For Affliction, there's still no real rotation, beyond making sure your Corruption always gets refreshed by your Haunt.

Damnit, now Scryll has to start doing the cooking dailies again.

::cough, choke, wheeze:: They're doing WHAT? ::clutches at his heart:: It's a gain, but only if you actually take HfB and maintain it perfectly. Many Mutilate rogues don't spec HfB because it's so intensely frustrating a buff to manage in a build which is already quite energy-starved. Which is why Blizzard said they were going to be changing it in 3.1 to not be a stackable buff and require a bleed *i.e. rupture* already be on the target, a finisher for which rogues often don't have the combo points and energy to spare in Arena. Hunger for Blood drives me nuts. Blizzard had a wonderful implementation when they first presented it in Beta. And every change since then has taken it in the wrong direction. It shouldn't have ever been a damage buff. They should have kept it in it's original incarnation as a bleed remover and reduced the damage buff it provided *akin to the warrior talent providing healing when hit while stunned* if it proved to be too much. Mutilate is completely screwed over for escape tools or ways to mitigate/avoid what other classes are doing to it, a tool like that would have been useful. It just wouldn't have satisfied all the die-hard raiding rogues whining that Blizzard devotes any space in their talent trees to PvP. With the SnD change, come 3.1 combat rogues will also basically always be running around with 50% haste, BEFORE any haste rating is applied. Just from SnD and the expected change to Lightning Reflexes which Blizzard has been promising they'd implementing "any time now" since mid-Beta. Does that strike anyone else as way too high? Suggestive that Blizzard doesn't know what to do with rogues?

Are you trying to allege that Harne is Pooh-bear? I think I'm going to have to sink this rumor. Harne never even mentions honey, and while I think it's true he doesn't know the way to Rabbit's house, I believe it's because he doesn't know Rabbit and would have no reason to go there.

Good because it kinda prevents node-ninjas when stuck in combat, but bad because you can't "share" node taps anymore (ie, let a friend tap it just for the skill point). D'oh. Sure you can. Turn off auto-loot and leave stuff on the vein.

If I could go back four years and change the clicks on the character creation screen, Scryll would probably be an orc. He wouldn't have that damned annoying slouch, he could wear actual shoes, and I wouldn't have trained myself to ignore a "useless" racial ability . And in this scenario, I wouldn't miss the two years, then three years, now four years of increasing trollish characterization which makes it impossible for me to reroll him. I have had the occasional thought about Blizzard's newest scheme to apply a vacuum pump to our wallets, and use the pay-to-customize option to change Scryll to a girl, which would at least get rid of the posture problem. I don't have concerns about the classes I play. If there's any class I want to play, I can just roll one up. I've got a rogue, priest, druid, and warlock who will see end-game, I've got a shaman who could see end-game almost as fast as a new deathknight, if I wanted to play a hunter I could easily just level up my twink hunter, and I have an Alliance mage and hunter in their 30s who I could do the same with. The only two classes I'd have to level from 0 to 80 now are paladin and warrior. I've tried both numerous times and always abandoned them by 20-21, they just weren't my sort of class.

If anyone received more than one letter from Greatfather Winter, please let me know *note, I'm talking about multiple letters, not multiple packages. Plenty of people received more than one package* The one problem with waiting until the early morning of Winter's Veil itself is that by the time he's sent out his last package, he's gotten a little sleepy
