I will live vicariously through you all as the powers that be have seen fit that the stores in Canada should not yet have AoS on the shelves *sighs* I guess us poor Canadian folk don't get the equal opportunity If I didn't already have a home beside Olympus or a home at all, I'd probably be irate, but as I do, I'll just live through your experiences until such time as a copy of AoS makes it onto our retail shelves *sighs again* so I can explore alongside the rest of you.

Thanks Borg, That's a great summary. One question if anyone knows. It references spellbooks as beeing blessed but doesn't mention runebooks. Does that mean we have to insure our runebooks to protect them?

The impact on being able to resist could be a little deeper as a great deal of the combat manouvers and special attacks will be largely dependent on mana. No for mages, this may not have that much of an impact, but for us warrior folk where our special attacks may make the difference in kill or be killed, My losing half my already low mana based on us just not being very bright Can mean not being able to pull off my devastating double strike etc... At least I think that's what it means......What was I talking about again??

In accordance with an Imperial writ, Kodoz, former Centurion of the PGoH Legion, has submitted himself for incarceration to the Praetorian Guard. Kodoz will serve his sentence within the confines of the Imperial jail in Trinsic. The prisoner has conducted himself with Honor and Dignity throughout his sentencing. I must also report that while escorting the former Centurion to priosn, the party comprised of Praetorian Pride, Governor Thiork, Lady Lora and I were set upon by Cheblis. He was most definately not within his own fram of mind. For some odd reason, he attempted to bite the former Centurion before fleeing the scene. I do not know what to make of this. There are also most unusual journal entires within a diary found within Cheblis home that require analysis, for they may hold a key to these strange events

I think that due to the nature, we should make arrangements to have temporary highlight for this event. We can advise guild via boards of the duration, so those that do not involve themselves, don't get caught by surprise on the healing issue if they're out adventuring. It will allow for a smoother game in my opinion without the risk of criminal flags or other unneccessary potential headaches. I personally am looking forward to this as it sounds like a lot of fun

Thank you for the report Governor. Dark times abound it seems. At this point, we do not know if it is connected, yet based on evidence on hand suspect that it is. Prior to Lora meeting with "Peyton" for though familiar with the Empire, I feel hides truth behind deception to what end only he and his superior's may know. A member of the Empire was cut down mysteriously upon the very cobblestones of the Trinsic north bank. Lora having hear the death cry teleported to the body, yet saw noone with no evidence of an attack, save the obvious corpse laying at her feet. With the Governor's investigation I would suggest those that have the ability, seek out the location he has marked in his report to ascertain what it is that can so radically impact the Empire. In addition, The streets of Trinsic are not to be left empty. Warriors of the Empire, when your duties do not hold you elsewhere, ensure that your presence is felt in the mother city. Fear grips its citizens. Guard thyself. May the light of Honor protect us all in these dark times. Wolf

Since I live in Canada, amazon doesn't ship to me so I won't pre-order as the only reason I would do so is to gnerate revenue for the site. Any of the other pre-order sites take 5 business days to ship to Canada so I may as well jus buy it froma store here

A very close friend of mine was killed in a car accident and I will be out of town for several days. Tragedies like this really put things in perspective for all the little things we often take for granted with the impact people have on our lives. If I've learned anything from this, it's to not let those feelings go untold as we so often do thinking there's always time. Sometimes, the clock just runs out.

I did the same with a chest of gm locked and trapped chests with a bag full of all of my failed val armor that I was going to re-smelt
