Ok... everyone keeps telling me to get Tivo stuff.... So.. let me ask... What's a decent tivo unit to purchase? I understand you either pay 13 bucks a month or 300 bucks for product lifetime? Seems like an awful big money sink

Ya, you have too much junk running in the background. I had the same problem a while back. Sybot search and destroy helps by taking off all that pesky adware hidden in the background too.

While browsing some forums, I found this quote in someone's signature.... In case you wondered what the differences are... Ok...quick test. Next time your playing a video game/RPG look down at your shirt: If you see a pocket protector your a nerd. If you see a funny slogan involving binary and/or Pi to the 800th decimal your a geek. And finally if you can't tell through the doritos stuck to your shirt your probably a dork.
